End-User License Agreement.
This agreement covers the software The Daily Goods Collective LLC (“DGC”, “we”) provides to clients: the client billing portal at dailygoodscollective.com, hosted payment pages, and the Daily Goods Collective Invoicing integration with QuickBooks Online (the “Software”). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software to view your engagement, pay invoices, and, where you have authorized it, connect your QuickBooks Online company to our services. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or use the Software to build a competing service.
QuickBooks Online connection
Connecting a QuickBooks Online company authorizes the Software to create and read invoices, payments, customers, and items in that company so that client invoices can be issued and reconciled. We access only the data needed to record and reconcile payments for your engagement; we never read payroll, banking, or other accounting data. You may disconnect at any time from the QuickBooks app settings or by contacting us; disconnecting stops all further access immediately.
Payments
Invoices are paid on Intuit’s secure hosted invoice page (QuickBooks Payments). Card and bank details are entered on Intuit’s page and never pass through or get stored on our servers. The amount due matches the amount shown on your payment link before you confirm. Refunds and billing questions go to hello@dailygoodscollective.com.
Availability and changes
The Software is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable at times. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if these terms are breached. Sections on payments, limitation of liability, and data handling survive termination.
